Terms of Use

The terms under which we plan, arrange and manage private trips to China for you. We believe in clear language — no fine print.

Last updated: June 2026

1Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use ("the Terms") apply to anyone who uses the website simple-china.com ("the Site") and anyone who contacts us to plan, book or carry out a trip. "We", "us" or "Simple China" refer to the business operating the Site and the service, whose accounts and invoices are issued through our registered company in Hong Kong. Using the Site or contacting us constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2The service we provide

We plan, arrange and manage private, personalized trips to China, end to end. As part of the service, we work directly with the network of local suppliers we partner with in China — including hotels, transport companies, domestic flights, guides, drivers, attractions and other service providers — to assemble and manage the trip for the client.

The service is personal and tailored to each client individually. We do not operate a marketplace, do not provide financial intermediation services, and do not sell group or off-the-shelf holiday packages.

3The booking process

The booking process includes the following stages: an initial intro call; building a personal itinerary; a detailed quote; client approval of the quote; and a deposit payment to confirm the trip. A booking is considered confirmed only after the client approves the quote in writing and pays the deposit. A full description of the process appears on the "How It Works" page.

4Prices and payments

The price for each trip is set individually and appears in the detailed quote provided to you. The payment terms are:

An official invoice will be issued for every payment through our registered company in Hong Kong. The payment method and currency will be arranged with you in advance and detailed in the quote.

5Changes to a booking

We do our best to accommodate requests to change the itinerary even after it's approved. Please note that certain changes — particularly those involving hotels, domestic flights or bookings already made with local suppliers — may be subject to availability and additional costs from those suppliers. We'll inform you of any financial implication in advance, before making the change.

6Cancellations

The full cancellation policy is detailed on a separate page — Cancellation Policy — and forms an integral part of these Terms.

7Client responsibility

The client is responsible for holding a valid passport, an appropriate entry visa and any other document required to enter and stay in China. The client is also responsible for ensuring adequate travel and health insurance coverage. We're glad to explain and guide regarding entry requirements, but the final responsibility for document suitability rests with the client.

8Limitation of liability

We're committed to planning and managing the trip professionally and devotedly. However, some trip components are actually provided by independent local suppliers. We're not liable for damage, delay or disruption arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including weather, authority decisions, changes to airline and rail schedules, force majeure, or the act or omission of a third party. In any case of a problem, we'll work together with you and to the best of our ability to find a quick and fair solution.

9Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, design and logo — is our property or used by us lawfully, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

10Governing approach and contact

We operate transparently and always prefer to resolve any misunderstanding through direct conversation and agreement. For any question regarding these Terms, you can contact us on WhatsApp at +972 52 605 6674, or by email igal@chinadigimaster.com. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be published on this page.

The bottom line: we're a family business that plans and manages your trip personally, with full transparency and responsibility. Everything written here is so we all know what to expect — not to hide behind wording.
