It all starts with a conversation. We'll talk on WhatsApp or by phone and get to know you — who's travelling, on which dates, what draws you to China and the budget you're comfortable with. No automated forms, no call center: you speak directly with me, Igal, who has lived in China for eight years and known it closely for thirteen. This call is free and with no obligation — its purpose is to see whether we're a good fit for each other.

Based on what you've told us, we build a personal itinerary: where to go, how many days in each destination, which sights are worth your time and which aren't, and how to tie it all together with sensible logistics of domestic flights, trains and transfers. We know these destinations on the ground, so the route is built around your pace and interests — not around a ready-made template. At this stage we'll happily refine it together until it feels right.
A detailed quote
Once the itinerary is set, you receive a clear, detailed quote: what's included, how many nights in each hotel, which transfers and guides, and the total cost. We believe in full transparency — you'll know exactly what you're paying for, with no asterisks or surprises. This is the time to ask questions, change and adjust, until the quote fits you precisely.
A 30% deposit
Once you've approved the quote, we secure the trip with a 30% deposit of the total cost. The balance (70%) is paid up to 30 days before departure. Every payment is accompanied by an invoice issued through our registered company in Hong Kong. From the moment the deposit is made, we begin working for you and placing the actual bookings.

This is where all the behind-the-scenes work happens. We book and coordinate directly with the network of local suppliers we work with in China: hotels, trains, domestic flights, English-speaking guides, drivers, transfers and attractions. My wife, who runs our operations, makes sure every detail is coordinated and confirmed — so when you arrive, everything is already in place and waiting for you.
Personal support before and during the trip
Before departure you'll receive everything you need — documents, recommendations and practical preparation. And during the trip itself we're here for you: I'm in China, in your time zone, available on WhatsApp every day between 8:00 and 20:00. If something changes, if you need help or just a spontaneous recommendation — we're a message away. That's the difference between a trip you booked and a trip you're accompanied through.
