Questions people ask before we start

What kind of trips do you arrange?

Private, individually tailored trips only. We don't run group tours and we don't sell off-the-shelf packages. Most of our clients are families, couples and independent travellers looking for a personal experience rather than a ready-made template.

What does a trip cost?

There's no single price, because every itinerary is built individually — around the destinations, the number of days, the standard of hotels and your preferences. After the introductory call and once the route is built, you receive a detailed, transparent proposal setting out exactly what's included and the total cost, with no surprises.

I don't know China at all. Is this right for me?

That's exactly the case we exist for. Most of our clients are travelling to China for the first time. We handle all the logistics, the language and the coordination — so you can simply experience the place without the stress of arranging everything yourself.

Can we travel with children?

Of course. A large share of our clients are families. We adapt the pace, the destinations and the activities to the children's ages, so the trip works for everyone.

Are you available during the trip itself?

Absolutely, and it's one of the things that matters most to us. I'm here in China, in the same time zone, and available on WhatsApp daily between 08:00 and 20:00. If something changes or you need help — we're one message away.

How far in advance should we plan?

As early as possible is best — it gives us time to build a precise itinerary and to secure hotels and domestic flights on your dates. That said, we can work to shorter timelines too; talk to us and we'll see what's possible.

Are you a travel agency?

We're neither a marketplace nor advisors alone. We plan, arrange and actually run the trip, working directly with the network of local suppliers we use in China — hotels, trains, domestic flights, guides, drivers and attractions.
